After more than 20 years in the United States Army, Joseph Anthony founded CTX Drone Services in 2025 with a simple goal: give Central Texas real estate agents, property owners, and businesses access to professional aerial imagery without the big-city price tag.

Joseph holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, so every shoot is a legal commercial operation: airspace checked, flight planned, and flown with the same discipline he brought to two decades of military service.

Why Aerial Photography Matters

You can’t judge a lot line, an acreage boundary, or a neighborhood from a street-level photo. Aerial imagery shows the whole property in a single frame: the land, the layout, and the surroundings. Why FAA Part 107 Certification Matters

Any drone flight flown for business, including real estate marketing, must be flown by a certificated remote pilot under the FAA’s Small UAS Rule. Hiring an uncertified operator puts you, your brokerage, and your client at risk.

CTX Drone Services is based in Belton, TX and covers a 50-mile radius, including Temple, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Salado, Georgetown, Round Rock, Waco, Lampasas, and Gatesville. Properties 50–60 miles out carry a $0.80/mile travel charge; beyond 60 miles, $1.00/mile.
