6. Flight Restrictions and Compliance

All drone flights are conducted in compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. CTX Drone Services reserves the right to decline service at locations requiring FAA waivers, airspace authorizations, or where conditions pose safety or legal concerns.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate location and property information
• Ensuring access to the site during the scheduled time
• Confirming that the property is in a suitable condition for photography/videography

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and other deliverables created by CTX Drone Services remain our property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing, listing, or promotional purposes.

Resale or redistribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

CTX Drone Services is not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Delays due to weather, airspace denial, or rescheduling
• Client misuse of delivered content
• Issues with third-party platforms (MLS, social media, etc.)

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTX Drone Services and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, or your violation of these Terms.
